ebay support told me to open a chime bank since my own bank account
isn't working. so i doubt that'd tell someone that unless they actually
accepted the bank.
this is not true. i called ebay regarding not being able to add my local
bank, and they told me they have people who do use chime and suggested
that i set one up to use for ebay.
