How do I create a new label to send replacement and how do I print a return label and ship to buyer

I cannot find listing to process a refund. I tried to call for help but the system will notlet me fill in my phone number. I want to refund how can I do this

Buyer sent item to return. We both agreed I will send a replacement. Will a refund go automatiically. If so how willI get paid for the repalcement
