this is my first sale on Ebay and I'm being scammed and I don't know what to do

This is my very first sale on Ebay and my buyer wants me to ship item to another location along with $400 card etc.. I don't know how to handle this? I'm unable to speak with someone at Ebay. Please help.Thanks. J
