I received an item I did not order. The shipping label was wrong, it had my address, but the packing slip has the address for the correct buyer.

I paid for an item 5 days ago, the money was withdrawn from my bank account, but the item has not been shipped. The seller has not answered my email. The seller no longer has any items for sale.
