Buyer won the item then sent me a message saying he is no longer interested. I believe the rules indicate he is obligated to pay but I would rather not go that route. How can I simply relist the item?

I mistakenly entered free shipping by Priority Mail on an item I posted for sale. It sold, and the label indicated that level of shipping. I voided the label but do not know how to reenter the item at the media mail rate and obtain a new label. Help!
