Ebay dropped my Top Seller rating for 1 bulk transaction. I sold 25
items to 1 customer and sent them in 1 box. I guess they wanted me to
upload the 1 transaction 25 times. This is the first bulk buy I have
ever had. How do I get my Top Rated back ?
I have had several orders that have not arrived at the buyers address
and ebay tracking shows them stuck in transit. How do i recover the
items or make a claim ?
I have had 2 shipments to customers that never arrived. I went to the
post office but the tracking number Ebay uses does not work in their
system. How do I track these items ? Is there a USPS tracking number
assigned or just the Ebay number ?
The one to Florida shipped 11/9/22 last update 11/9/22 in tampasent Ebay
first class Buyers just requested refund through EbayDid not buy
additional Insurance. I thought it was included when you use Ebay
shipping labelsThe Ohio item shipped 12/14/22 ...
One was shipped to Florida where i live and 1 to Ohio where I have
shipped many items.I refunded one the other said just let it go too
small to worry about. I just want to figure out how this system works.
