Customer purchased the item, paid, I sent the item, it got lost and
finally arrived after I refunded the customer at her request. How do I
recoup the charges for the item? How do I resend an invoice for that
sale?

Color - 8RGI tried to open a request for return, and it says you do not
accept returns. I want to return this product as it is the wrong
product. Please advise.
