location, there is no Canada post involved, Ebay wouldn't allow me to
appeal the case but i had to call CS and they manage to open an appeal,

Well i did provide the buyer a EBAY return label, the package was picked
up but i never received, so now ebay has decided to issue full refund
the buyer but the tracking number shows the item is not delivered to me.
so who's at fault here?
