What can be done to a seller who has fraudulently described an item
throughout the entire post. Can something be done BEFORE a buyer
purchases with fraudulent information?
Yes I have tried to use the "report item", except the drop-downs do not

Hate to think that ebay will only wait until someone purchases the
wrongly described item and then have to return it. I contacted the
seller informing him of the fraudulent description and he did NOT change
anything on the item posting. That is fraud...
