I HAVE TO ACCEPT RETURN AND REFUND BUT NOT FAIR IN MY OPINION!!!

So I have to accept a return from someone who was dissatisfied because they didn’t look at my pictures and just bought the item. Is it fair that I have to refund and take the item back? Is there anything I can do because support has been no help.
