Despite eBay saying: "We emailed a security code to...", none ever
arrives. How then do I complete on my purchases? Hours spent on their
Chat, passed to five different teams, was to no avail.
Many thanks for that extensive list of possible solutions. Not having a
mobile, I was going round in circles. Luckily, someone IT savvy helped
