Because son of **bleep** Ebay wouldn't give me a refund on a bootleg item I bought, (they did the first time) I'm not allowed to sell a item together with 1 that is sold. What about the customer? Ebay doesn't care?

I don't have ups as a shipping option on my listing using my Android. How can I add that
