Where are my orders???

I have always gone onto awaiting shipment to bring up my orders now it is blank. We have changed the fields as to all,90 days and so on and still nothing shows. It was working last week .Whats going on??????

shipping late rate

We send our items out ASAP within one day yet our rate for late shipping is 6.27%. How can this be? What we have been told this rate has to do with when the post office scans the item. Our rate should not be dependent on someone else doing their job....
