Hello. I am new to selling on ebay and I noticed two people who paid are
now marked as "No longer a registered user". I have not sent the items
since they no longer are users. What should I do? The payment they sent
me needs to be reversed.
Thanks for the reply. Is it necessary that I send the items or can I
reopen the auction in hopes of finding a more real buyer? It seems like
these guys are scammers
