How do I report a buyer that hasn’t returned a product they said was
damaged? I’ve messaged them three times and no response and it’s been
almost a month.
My issue with that is eBay said if I don’t refund within three days I
could get a negative report. It’s a damned if you do damned if you don’t
situation then don’t you think?
I did right away as I am new to this and was trying to do the right
thing. They said it was damaged and took pictures and everything.
Haven’t heard a peep since.
