I attempted to print the shipping label for an item I sold. It did not print. Now the only screen I get for that item is to leave feedback. I need the shipping label. Any suggestions?

I am unable to print a shipping label for one of my packages. It says there is an error and won't do it. Ten minutes earlier I printed one with no issues. Any suggestions? I need to get this package out by tomorrow.
