Can we see who has items of ours for sale in their carts? if NOT how long may a item be held in cart

Dont like the idea of someone keeping items that DO NOT belong to them in their carts for more then 48 hrs , if someone has a item longer then that in their cart EITHER THEY FORGOT ABOUT IT OR THEY NOT REALY THAT INTERESTED IN THE ITEM !
