Hello,If something is listed and sold for $599.95 with Free Shipping, will eBay send a 1099k to the seller and the IRS if that is the only item the seller sold during 2023?Does a buyers sales tax from their state effect this?

A lot of this won't matter when/if the new administration changes the 1099k level back to 200/$20,000 soon.

With the Presidency, the Senate, and most likely the House going to the republicans, they will probably throw out the $600 proposal that was included in the 2021 American Rescue Plan and revert back to the usual 200/$20,000 standard.
