You could try on the The Soapbox There's a lot of knowledgeable people
over there on that board. Also, you could go to the library and flip
through a few books or just type in (under collectibles and also
Glassware) clear glass bird and you might fin...
But I do hate spam. And I was expressing my opinion, I do not like to
receive email from the groups where someone is advertizing their
product. It's not allowed whether you're in a group or on a thread.
Oh, I wasn't being crabby, just explaining 'de' facts, just the facts,
ma'am. I suppose that when we write something out - it might sound
nasty, but because we don't know the people and they don't know us, they
don't know we are just trying to help.
You shouldn't use the boards or the groups for advertising items listed
unless it's a specific thread that says SHARE YOUR WARES. If you used
eBay's email system to advertize, this constitutes spamming WHICH I hate
and someone might report you.
