At a loss to understand why buyers leave negative feedback without
trying to resolve the issue. I will begin screening all buyers for the
feedback they leave for others. Only remedy is to block them.
Call them, the number is available under the contact us tab. And KEEP
calling them! I'm getting a little tired of people with nothing to lose
ruining good sellers.
I'm considering that as well. I do better on local Facebook listings or
at a basic garage sale. I'm getting tired of not having any options as a
seller. EBay should realize they make their money off of sellers.
I've had the same problem. This is just a hobby for me so it's not worth
the aggravation. I've cancelled a few sales for the same reasons and
started screening active bidders when I can. I feel your pain.
It's just so sad that I offered a full refund and never even mentioned
the feedback, just trying to make it right for her. Then she said she
used it several times and threw the packaging away already. Not sure I
wanted it back after that. I'll live w...
