How do I go about listing this item, the help links say I need to meet a
certain criteria before I can sell this type of item, I meet the
criteria so how do I list it? Thank you
Buyer says the item hasn’t been delivered and wants me to refund the
money to his account but says his eBay account is suspended and has
given me his bank details to give back the money. This obviously seems
suspect but I can’t find a way to ask eBay...
