You got the item back and you got the money back. Why not sell the item
again? That will cover the $6.50 return shipping fee you paid. Are you
seriously considering small claims court for $6.50? Isn't there a fee
for filing?
Call eBay and ask them to remove the negative feedback because the
tracking shows that the item was delivered. They will check the tracking
and remove the negative.
