I sold a coin for 30.00 with a 3.89 shipping cost. I bought the shipping label on ebay (3.96) and am only receiving 21.45 for the sale. Have te fees really gone up that high for all the sellers? I mean 8.55 om a 30 dollar sale is steep. In the future...

Can anyone tell me why my seller fees are 21%? example.. 86 dollars in sales nets 67 in pay out.does everyone pay these fees?
