Seller level appeal

Is it possible to appeal my seller level ?

I keep getting HTTP 400 & pages won't load in some parts of "My Ebay". This is using Google Chrome which I prefer. When using Microsoft Edge everything works fine. I have deleted and reloaded Chrome - doe not help. Anyone else having this problem ?
