It is a deceitful policy of ebay's, it is very unclear on their website,
and you have quite a few steps that are not obvious for excluding out of
country buyers, after all the address given was in the US. We need to
all contact the BBB!!!!!!
Just happened to me, ebay is taking people to the cleaners by not being
obvious about the overseas policy. It will catch up with them, I urge
all to report to BBB!!!
