Can someone help me with an ID of this item, and whether it’s gold or
plated. I’ve found several of this design in sterling, and one with
gold, but none exactly like this. It measures about 3 inches from
wingtip to bottom of the pearl. Thanks!

None of that is relevant. As long as you ship to the address that eBay
provided with the payment notification, you’re fine. If you got the
request in a message from the buyer, don’t do it.
