When I look at my paid and shipped. I no longer have them in date that they were ordered. Not even an option anymore. What the heck?

Has anyone had issues with people putting offers in for your items and not purchase. They will contact you and ask them to contact them via a phone number? I don't do it, but it is rather frustrating.
