Automated Assistant Keeps Cutting Me Off!

I KEEP GETTING CUT OFF BY THE AUTOMATED ASSISTANT. EVEN AFTER HAVING TO SIGN-IN AT LEASE A DOZEN TIMES. Is there any way I can talk to a LIVE person??????
