My pictures show up on my listing page but do not show on the Preview Page. What is the problem? Does anyone else have this problem? Help!

Someone placed a bid and has asked me to cancel the bid as they no longer want it. Is it his responsibility to cancel the bid or do I cancel and if so, what is the procedure? Thanks for any help with this problem!
