Customer requests FedEx home or ground delivery. When I pick FedEx the
charge listed is about four or five times the USPS rate. I don't know
how to change it.
Looking at the details of my bank transaction and those reports on Ebay
I see no way to link them. None of the numbers match. How do I know what
item (charge or payment) was for what Ebay item?
There's just not much more that I can say. You extended my listing over
this error for which I thank you. But then you post the same error!?? It
should say "Free shipping" under shipping detail.
One of my listings clearly states shipping is free but in the details it
says shipping is $11.00. I ask that you extend the listing the full

Ebay has made errors on two of my listings about shipping. Both listings
clearly say in the title AND text that shipping will be seller paid and
FREE Priority but the listings show the price and then say "+Shipping
(you pay)".How does that happen???
Thank you Disneyshopper. My latest problem is when my listing says Free
Shipping and Ebay puts a price in the shipping detail. They correct it
after I tell them about it but I wonder how many saw that and maybe stay
away.
I have made over 200 transactions with Ebay but never had a simple
problem like this.When creating a listing how can I get my detailed
shipping to say "Free shipping"?
