Charge on account January 22 2023 that I can't account for or find in
purchase history possibly item purchase did not complete but account was
charged for item.
Returned item to seller for refund in less than 30 days for a refund
seller said I had to go through Ebay to get refund. Item does not show
up on purchase history so now what do I do?
