I hate the pop- up reminders from ebay! Can any one show me how to turn them off! Thanks

Ebay's annoying reminder pop- ups! How can I shut them off? They are horrible!

The seller did not address my purchase correctly . I have been told by the post office that I will not receive it. The seller said he would refund but has not after a week. Now they will bot jet me post feedback.
