I had an item returned to my because USPS says they attempted delivery
but the person moved and left no forwarding address. I contacted the

Thank you, i suppose I will do that. I just got miffed at his messages
in all caps and !!! asking where his item was and repeating that he did
not move, etc etc.
It sounds to me like he wants to issue a refund, minus the shipping
fees. But then if he doesn't send me the item, then i am out $26.49 and
no item.I'm starting to think I should just contest EBAY's decision and
ask them to review again.
