How can i change this new listings tool to my classic listings tools. Because i don't like this update actually!!!

can we link and use only one payoneer account for two ebay accounts?

After my first listing when i should be list my second time?. And seller gave me a two positive feedback but i have a one feedback in my profile. Anyone can me to explain about that? Thank !
