Yes I get the same login. I reported it last night but didn’t get it
fixed. I tested it on 2 accounts and checked and tested PayPal scenarios
(fraud alert etc) and it definitely is an issue between eBay and the
processing of the payment method.
It seems there’s an intermittent problem with purchasing postage labels
at the moment. I had the issue last night, eBay chat didn’t acknowledge
it was a problem and gave a ‘work around’ which didn’t work. It’s
