I am trying to file an insurance claim for damaged item using the $100 ebay guarantee but can not figure out how to do that from the site as the steps are not correct on their page. I tried going to USPS site and doing it but that says it not covered...

I can't seem to locate the item damaged in shipping or lost form. I followed the help menu going to the shipping labels but then it says choose the actions drop down and then choose create a claim on that drop down but i don't get that option just pr...

Can someone tell me Where is the form to get a refund for item damaged in shipping for the insurance. I followed the help menu put it does not have that tab in the actions section that it says in the help menu.
