Cant see sold items on desktop...

Canceled sale because buyer didn't want to pay customs

I had a buyer cancel a winning bid because they didn't want to follow eBay procedures. ( this is after I packed item ) Overseas buyer wanted me to ship direct and claim as a gift, sould I report to eBay? Thanks
