I just opened a new account and it was temporarily restricted from
bidding. I can only purchase item that has buy now. No message was sent
to me as to why my account was restricted. What can l do?
I have never committed to buying any item and it is not shipping to
Nigeria. It will ship to the U.S.A. it has been like that since the day
l opened the account
