A buyer bought a small item from my store, my listings say ships to US
only he is in PR. shipping would cost more than he paid for the
item....what do I do just refund his money? Don't want neg feedback over
this
It's impossible to talk to somebody at eBay! I have a buyer that left me
negative feedback by mistake ( said it was meant for another seller not
me) and he has been trying to get in touch to get it removed, but he
can't talk to anybody.
