I asked a seller for a refund on an item that was fraudulent, and not he
tells me he has been blocked from buying/selling for 35 days, and can’t
give a refund until then. Is this a lie? Can he really not give a
refund?
The listing number is 185486126896, I think. I purchased it and didn’t
realize it was fraudulent until a week or so after the listing, and the
mbg wasn’t an option, and when asking for a refund, I got most of it

I’ve checked the details of the transaction, it hasn’t been 90 days
since the original delivery, so the seller should be able to give the
refund, I just need to know if getting banned from buying/selling
restricts you from giving refunds. Not returns...
