I placed an order as a guest and now I can't get a response. I have an
order # and confirmation email and the seller information but can't
figure out how to get it resolved since it isn't showing up.
It shows paid not shipped so there is not tracking. The order was placed
on January 5th. When I go into contact the seller it asks me to register
and it goes into an endless loop.
