I have bid on 7 cards that I would like to retract my offer. The seller
is in agreement with me, but we can't figure out how to make it happen.

After scratching off the redemption code, I'm not able to read it. What
can I do in order to be able to redeem the gift card ? I can see the
first 9 digits, but nothing after that - how many digits are in the
redemption code ?
I am now required to give my PayPal information when making an offer -
this started yesterday. Does eBay now have a new policy requiring
payment information prior to making an offer ? If not, I'm not sure why

When I'm negotiating on baseball cards, why can't I make an offer of
less than $0.99 ? When I try to do that, I get a red message that says
my offer must be at least $0.99. Thanks !
