Maybe I'm missing something. I am in California so on Pacific Time. My
coupon expiration time says 11:59 PM PST. So when I try to check out a
purchase at 8:30 PM PST it says the coupon has EXPIRED? Isn't 11:59 PM a
minute before Midnight?
