eBay

Hello everyone! This is my first time asking the community but hopefully one or more of you will be able to help or at least lead me in the right direction. Everything was fine on eBay and then I got a message asking me to update my bank information....

I cant print a label for an item I just sold but the buyer lives right up the street from me and I contacted him and ask if its ok for me to hand deliver the item and he said yes. Can I do that and what do I do about ebay not seeing that it was shipp...
