If the buyer wants to delay shipping due to being out of town. tomorrow is when I'm suppose to ship. Will Ebay ding me for delaying shipping? Do I need to tell Ebay?

what is acceptable first class shipping supplies? do you have to buy them or can I get them free at usps? I looked there and there was nothing.....
