I shipped out a item someone purchased but it is not tracking. it shows
a tracking number but nothing else, when you click on the tracking
number is just says shipped, but i shipped it out a week ago.
I would like to pay for the shipping label for the buyer to ship the
item back to me, but it doesn't give me the option. Only wants to make
the buyer pay.
