I purchased a shipping label 14 days ago and I never printed it out. I thought I had 28 days to print it out. Please tell me how to manage this without paying twice for the label. It's USPS media shipping service.

I live in PA and I'm buying vac. Bags. I know there's 6%tax on this purchase but I received an email showing no tax on the total and an option to go to checkout and finalize the purchase. Will they bill my card later for the tax when I receive the it...
