Bank statement 'Card payment to Ebay' - can't reconcile with any of my purchases?

I have a debit from my current account 'Card Payment to Ebay' with a reference number then Luxembourg and the date. I cannot reconcile this with any of my purchases ?? Can I contact anyone or trace it via the reference number ?Thanks
