hi,i do not know the name of the pottery figurine but i can suggest you
a way to find it, if you have an android phone you can use the "google
lens app" and take a photo from the app and it will find similar items
listed on the internet and hopefully...
i think this is something used in the pre remote control days to switch
on the television or change the channels while sitting on a chair
because my grandpa used to do it
I think it must be something used to crush hard shelled nuts and stuff
or something like a door stopper, if you have an android phone you can
use google lens app to take a photo of the thing and it will browse the
internet with the pic and find simil...
