escheatment process..how long does this take?

because eBay could not verify a simply bank account, i was banned from selling and they have frozen the money that was supposed to be paid out to me. i then was told my money would go to escheatment process. how long does this take?

So after a time away of not selling, i decided to come back to eBay in August. Since PayPal was no longer being used, i had to enroll in the Managed Payments, which i did, successfully. After a few auctions and payments to the account, i listed more....
